The philosophical meaning of this taekwondo poomsae is heaven and light.
Begin in ready stance or ‘Joon Bi’.
Turn 90 degrees to the left into a short stance with the left foot forward, whilst executing a low block with the left arm.
Step forward into short stance with the right foot forward, whilst executing a middle section punch with the right arm.
Turn 180 degrees to the right into short stance with the right foot forward, whilst executing a low block with the right arm.
Step forward into short stance with the left foot forward, whilst executing a middle section punch with the left hand.
Turn 90 degrees to the left into a long stance with the left foot forward, whilst executing a low block with the left arm, followed by a middle section punch with the right hand (without changing stance).
Turn 90 degrees to the right into short stance with the right foot forward, whilst executing an inner block with the left arm.
